Chunky Tomato Salad

 ½ Cubes Chunky Tomato Salad
 1 cup mushrooms – sliced
 1 tbsp vinegar
 1 tbsp water
  tsp dried oregano
 salt and pepper to taste
 2 fresh tomatoes – cut
 ¼ cup scallions – sliced
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp dried basil
 ½ tsp splenda – or your choice

How to Prepare:

Combine veggies.
In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.
Add to veggies. Toss gently till spices are evenly spread thru-out.
Chill overnight.
